Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of product receipt.
To qualify for a return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including the dust bag and Mir Kash box.
Customers are kindly responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, as well as any applicable duties or taxes. Unfortunately, Mir Kash is unable to cover these expenses.
Prior to returning your order, please contact us at info@mirkashco.com with the product and shipment details to obtain approval and receive further instructions.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation with all relevant details.
