Each item at Mir Kash is made with the best resources and thought. We wish to make an accessory you love. But still, in case you want to return our products, we have this option available for you.
Refund Policy
Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. The payment will be refunded within 7 working days after we receive your product or there is an option of store credit for 45 days.
Customers will have to process the shipping and sending charges themselves. Please send the returned item and shipment details to info@mirakshco.com.
Items must be returned in unused condition and sent in the original packing, including the dust bag, packaging box, and inner stuffing. After receiving the product, we will assess the condition of the product, and if it is returned to us in its original condition then we are happy to arrange a refund. If the item is returned to us in damaged or incomplete condition, then we will not be able to arrange a full refund for you. Items marked as sale are ineligible for return.
Please note that Mir Kash will not be responsible to pay for the charges related to returning the product, nor will arrange the logistics for the returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest that you process a return for your old order and request store credit via our email info@mirkashco.com. After this, you can purchase your new desired item from the earned store credits.

We apologize if there has been a mistake with the order from our end. Please send an email to us at info@mirkashco.com including the details and images of the issue found within 7 days of delivery. We will follow up on your case thoroughly and help you to find a solution, so do not worry.
