How do I care for Mir Kash bags?
We highly recommend that you store all Mir Kash bags in the original dust bag with the bag standing upright. All bags in the Foxy collection should be stored with original stuffing in order to retain the shape for a longer period. To clean the bags, use a mild soap and warm water, and wipe the leather with a lint-free cloth. Allow the bags to then air dry.
Why should I choose vegan leather?
By promoting animal leather products, we give encouragement to the animal slaughter industry in general. We make the value of animal parts in demand and so more lives are killed to satisfy our needs. We would be in denial if we think that animal leather is just a by-product of meat industry because an animal is valued for all its uses at the slaughter industry as a whole. There is no point in looking beautiful if it means to take someone's life.
What is order cancellation policy?
You can cancel an order within 3 hours of placing a purchase. The payment will be refunded within 7 working days. However, after 3 hours, the order can no longer be cancelled.
How do I return an item?
Customers have 15 days starting from the delivery date to return an item. Customers will have to process the shipping and sending charges themselves; and send the returned item and shipment details on info@mirkashco.com. Items must be sent in original packing. After we receives your item(s), we will process for a refund within 7 working days.
